LOVE Sourpuss and I have ordered so much. Would be amazing if we could earn points/money off to go towards purchases.

A points based system sounds great. Also maybe options on how you want to use those points. No expiration on the points earned is another good idea. Don’t forget free shipping or low cost shipping is always going to get people to commit to a purchase.

I agree with a point system with achieving points per amount spent. Maybe even bonus points if you spend over $100. Maybe specialty coupons for VIP members and birthday coupons would be awesome as well. Maybe early access to specials and deals before regular customers? Or even therapist cash that you can earn over time periods or that are only released during special events.

Points programs are great, i would love one that would give you at least a year to use the points from the date of purchase. I think a birthday points certificate would be amazing, as well as maybe higher points for a person who reaches a certain amount of purchases.

A points system is great, always a bonus. As a Canadian shopper, anything you can do to reduce shipping costs or offer us free shipping once in a while would be really appreciated. If that’s not possible, even a small discount code when you offer free domestic shipping would mean a lot. I know a lot of my friends, as well as myself, feel very left out when we get an email with free shipping – but nada for us.
