Special Effects Hair Dye!

I'm over the winter blues and ready for a new color! We just stocked up on our favorite Special Effect hair dye! Always reliable and stays super bright after quite a few hair washes. One of my favorites is the Special Effects Fishbowl Blue- it fades into a pretty light blue and you don't end up with that panicked feeling like you need to redye it right away. Atomic Pink is also a favorite for a lot of girls. Super bright pink-with serious staying power!
